Raffle #1: Money Talks
1. Promoter
This raffle is operated by Money Art. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The raffle is open to UK residents only.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Entries from outside the UK will not be accepted.
- The prize can only be shipped to a UK mainland address.
3. Entry Methods
Paid Entry
- Tickets are priced at £2 per entry.
- A maximum of 100 entries per customer is permitted.
- Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully received.
Free Postal Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
- To enter for free, send your:
- Full name
- Address
- Contact email or phone number
- Entries must be sent via post to the address provided on our website.
- Postal entries must be:
- Submitted on a postcard or letter
- Clearly legible
- One postal entry equals one raffle entry.
- Bulk or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
- Postal entries must arrive before the closing date to be valid.
4. Raffle Period
- The raffle opens on the date announced on our website/social channels.
- The raffle will close when:
- All tickets are sold, or
- The stated closing date is reached (whichever comes first).
5. The Prize
- The prize is:
- 1 x Money Talks Society “Vol. 1” Hoodie
- No cash alternative is available.
- The prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place after the raffle closes.
- The winner will be contacted via the details provided within 48 hours of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Delivery
- The prize will be shipped free of charge to a UK mainland address only.
- No international shipping or non-mainland UK delivery options are available.
- The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If the raffle is cancelled for any reason, all paid entries will be refunded in full.
9. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
- The promoter reserves the right to:
- Disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent
- Refuse entries that breach these terms
- Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the raffle will result in disqualification.
10. Data Protection
- Personal data will only be used for:
- Administering the raffle
- Contacting the winner
- Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11. Liability
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries
- Technical issues affecting entry submissions
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where it is unlawful to do so.
12. General
- The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- This raffle is governed by UK law.
