1. Delivery Area
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK mainland.
- We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations
- Orders placed outside of our delivery area may be cancelled and refunded
2. Delivery Service
We use Royal Mail 48 Hour as our standard delivery service for all orders.
This service aims to deliver your order within 2 working days after dispatch, although this timeframe is not guaranteed.
For larger orders, we recommend using DPD Next Day Delivery
3. Dispatch Times
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched:
- Standard delivery typically takes 2 working days
- Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, strikes, peak seasons)
5. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
6. Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery:
- Royal Mail may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery
- You may need to arrange redelivery or collection directly with Royal Mail
7. Lost or Delayed Items
If your order has not arrived:
- Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before reporting it as lost
- After this time, we will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate
8. Product Fixings
Please note that due to the various types of wall and hanging material, we will not supply any wall or hanging fixings, nor provide any installation recommendations.
